Try not to eat too many sweets and chocolates and stuff. Eat more fruits and vegetables. I personaly eat no more than 1000 calories a day and get a min. of one hour of exercise and a max. of 2 and a half hours maybe even more if i have the time and energy. Do whatever is best for you. That's the key.
