Hi Kat, my name is kate and I know what it feels like. I am 5'1 and weigh 115lb. I do not like exersizing either but I still eat healthy. I loose weight very slowly, but I am still trying. Just do little excersizes but eat healthy. YOU CAN DO IT!!
