It will make you very unhgealthy. sure you'll lose some wiehgt but once you start eating normally again, youll gain it bakc and then some. So starving yourself almost always leads to gaining weight! DO NOt do it! It is Really bad 4 u! Just eat healthy and exercise. Try a treadmill, try tae-bo. try everything,but dont starve yourself. hope i helped sum .:) |
