I don't know about the granola bar, but I know that oranges are hard on your stomach because of the acids in them. If you are taking any pills take them with food. Just like a saltine cracker or something, because they can also hurt your stomach. I know about the eating when you get bored. I've heard that if you eat like four or five small meals a day instead of two or three big meals a day, it can help. It gives your body fuel, speeds up your metabolism so you lose more weight, and helps sustain your appetite. So take the two meals and the snack you have and split them up and eat them throughout the day. I hope this helps. Good Luck
