What if you do acompish your goal to lose weight think on how happy you would be, you can't excperience that if you are dead. Here is one thing you are doing wrong, if you only do sit-ups you are only excercizing yor abs and you to lose weight you need to trigger the whole body. Try to have fun that might keep you mind off of food. That's what I did and I lost lots of weight. Drink tons of water it gets you full without eating. Limit yourself with food and eat sensible. Somehow if you eat the food slow and saver it you get fuller faster. Good luck, Peace out |
