| Reply from rebeccA, Age 13 - 3/12/02 - IP#: 64.12.103.xxx bigbb-c3202 hey same thing happened to me wen i went italy, i suggest u cut bak on the carbs cuz thats wut rlly makes u gain weight unless ur gonna excersize right after eating carbs... so u can cut bak on that, i also suggest running or taking a sport in school, its really fun and running for me, is like getting away from all of my problems. I run a mile a night on my treadmill and if u dont have a treadmill u can run elsewhere, like around your block or something. i also suggest good foods like vegetables and lettuce is very *very* good for you :)... i've been on this new diet that started monday and ive lost 3 pounds from eating healthy foods like fruits and veggies than excersizeing at nite before i go to bed.. excersizing also makes you feel *really* good like the next morning... its great! i also suggest that you should maybe take part in some other activity ( doesnt have to be a sport ) after school, to keep u occupied and keep your mind off of food. good luck! mwahhz rebecca |
