| Reply from rachel, Age 14 - 3/13/02 - IP#: 216.144.70.xxx bigbb-c3195 walking is one of the best exercises you can do. it tones all your body, not like weight training which targets spots, and its really easy to see and feel the results. When i first started walking i could only go a short way, now after three weeks i can go for much longer. you wont actually see the results this fast but when youve just completed your circuit in half the time and dont feel exhausted its a real push to keep going. keep eating healthy, and dont skimp on the water, its really immportant that you drink 9 glasses a day. keep us posted, luv rachel |
