Me, PLEASE PLEASE do not consider suicide. That is so bad. How many stone are you? All you have to do is eat right, that means cutting your meals in half, or even fourths will do and exersise regularly. That is good that you are doing 100-150 situps every day! But that should'nt be all you are doing. Go for a bike ride or for a walk even. It takes 3500 calories to burn a pound of fat. And that would be one-fourteenth or a stone. Please PLEASE do not commit suicide because of your weight problem
