| Reply from shelly, Age 13 - 3/7/02 - IP#: 62.254.0.xxx bigbb-c3130 sorry pal but you are dreaming. 5lbs a day? gimme a break. the most you should lose is 2lbs a week. maybe you'll have weird spasms when you lose 6lbs in ac week but thats it. n crunches do work. o see any effect you'll have to do 50-100 every day for at least 2 weeks. ur belly will be firmer in 2 weeks but not by much.i know, i know the whole process is bull you want it off now but it wont happen. cut out sweets,chocolate n fizzy drinks. im sorry to be the one to break it to you! shelly |
