ive lost a stone in 2 months up to now but ive still got a long way to go. i know how hard it is. set urself a calorie intake per day - mine is about 1500-1700. my BEST tip that really helped me lose the weight is:- decide how much will power you've got. if u can stick to a week being really good then do it. NO SWEET. then, after 7 days, slob out. i mean really. no exercise, no healthy eating no nothing. want ice cream? have it. but only for a day. OR you can pu aside 150 calories per day. thats ur calories-sweet calories. say a small milky bar chocolate is 75 calories-u can have two a day if u want! u can even save them up for a big treat. i chose the latter cos i have virtually no will power. im getting better though. if u want to have a buddy or swap tips ith me my email is shellyhereuk@yahoo.co.uk. gud luk
