IT's it fine if you work with wieghts.2,3 times a week,skip a day in between.Lifting 5-8lbs is good.It will keep your mussels in shape,and helps burn cals.when you lose wieght you lose 20%mussel tissue,so if walk,run,lift wieghts anything to keep mussel on your body while you lose fat.
