Okay, thannks for all of your tips. I think I'll be toning down work-outs and I'll stretch before and after each time, instead of just before. I'm not really looking to loose weight, just to get into better shape since I'm at a healthy weight for my age and height, I just to want to tone my muscles and look more athletic for spring break.
