awww hey come on thats exactly how i feel! dont be silly ! i was 16 stones then i lost 4 stones. it took me 2 yrs to do it but even at that i still feel really fat! i always thought to myself i would never be able to do it but i did! i was very big but i never let asnything get to me. you can do it hunny . it just takes time but ul get through it hunny dont worry about anyone else they are prats i hope u feel better after u read this. thinking of you love sunita xxxxx , glasgow
