i lost my weight by walking like 30 minutes 3 times a week. and for me the more i eat the more i lose. it's kind of hard to explain. now i lift weights to try and tone up. and i dance to any kind of music i like. it may look stupid if you don't know how to dance like me but it's fun and it helps to lose weight.
