Tips: * drink big glass of water just before you eat-it fills u up * don't keep sweets in ur house-if it aint there u cant eat it! * tell sum1 who will support-maybe they want to lose weight 2,so do it together * don't drink soda-apart from being bad for u anyway, the bionate soda(stuff which makes it fizz) puffs out ur stomach,even diet * think of it as eating plan, not diet * exercise at least 3 times a week or even better every day for 1/2 hour hope it helps. if u want more advice (i've got a big book full of them) email me at shellyhereuk@yahoo.co.uk can i be ur dieting buddy? luv shelly - gud luk! |
