| Reply from allisa, Age 13 - 2/14/02 - IP#: 68.13.169.xxx bigbb-c2934 well, i think you should just fill up your house with only fruits and veggies and healthy stuff like that, and some non fat stuff. no sweets what so ever. chew some gum if u get "cravings" (i can't live with out gum cuzz i get cravings all the time.) it really helps. |
