Hey Andrea, I know how u feel. Try n cut out all fizzy drinks (even diet), junk food n sweets out of ur diet. opt for the healthier versions but if there isn't any only eat half of ur portion. Drink iced water. i know this sounds really strict n boring but try to introduce it slowly. n remember-the only healthy weight loss there is is an average of 2lb a week.
