do u wanna b my weight lose buddy? cos heres a diet and xersize routine: Breckie-ceral, no sugar. wen wake up do streches 4 10 mins Lunch-fruit, juice,5 jumping-jacks, 10 half turns and run on spot 4 5 mins or travel running dinna-ne thin as long as it doesn't have to many calories and too much fat remember thats wot we're trying 2 get rid of! dance wildly for 15 mins or longer 20 sit-ups morning and night no eating after 6:30pm or u'l gain loadz more! look at those skinny super models, thats who u'll be when ur finished! hope i helped and have a good holiday!
