hey i kno xactly how u feel .. im 13 tho cept im 5 feet *sighs* anywayz i weigh 113 pounds and i used to share clothes wit my mom and she would always be like "nicole is wearing my pants today!" to like her friends or wutever and it wuz soooo annoying ! anywayz i think that u should cut down on sugar and added salt to ur dinner or lunch or breakfast... and i jus started gettin active and i rlly dont have much body FAT its all muscle... u should do somethin like that.. u kno dance or soccer or track or somethin like that.. soccer rlly RLLY works!- and since ur 10 u can play travel soon and play on a school team when u get to middle school .. and thats about it.. just a few pieces of advice.. ttyl ~*~mwahh~*~
