That usially takes my mind off food and you also feel good physically. And if your a kid you shouldn't have to bother with hard excercises like push-ups and sit-ups, just stay active. Also maybe you should enroll in a sport. I play softball and that really keeps me feeling physically good and takes my mind off food. |
