Try doing sets of 50 jumping jacks working your way up to 10 sets. Also try taebo. It's a kickboxing/aerobic workout video. It works really well, it's fun, and afterward you feel like you can kick peoples buts. Also try push ups for weight resistance training such as sets of 10 working your way up to 10 sets at a time.
