Try excercising like going for a walk every afternoon or you can join a sport or get karate lessons. Anything that will keep you moving will help you. You can also try to drink lots of water, especially before a meal, and take smaller servings, don't take seconds, and don't stuff yourself no matter even if it is your favorite food.
