Unfortunatly I didn't keep it up, but I am planning to this week and forever. If you do taebo and eat about 1800 calories you should lose 1-2lbs a week. At this rate it would take you anywere from 1 month to 2 to lose 10lbs and 2-3 months to lose 20lbs. |
