I have some food sugestions which are: Oat meal(low-fat and ditgestes really slow so u won't be hungry), tea, cottage chease, pop corn with no butter, rice, grapes, yongert(like the low fat kind), bread with one slice of cold cuts. these are some healthy nutritional foods that can make you loose weight or not. I personally think that being about 140pds is not fat or disgusting. Be true to yourslef! Don't do anything stupid to hurt yourself. Go to the mirror everyday and yell out really loud to yourself and say "I'm Beautiful" - trust me it works! I'm 5 7' and I weigh around 115-120 and I'm 13.
