hi i would luv 2 be ur weight lose buddy cus i am 127Ibs and 4ft 11 inches (small i no!) so if u would like to be my buddy just put it up on her. heres a diet: breakie: ceral with milk (of course!lol)but no sugar. dinna:nethin but if 2 fattnin only have a bit. Tea(if u ave it) fruit. I NEVER USE GUM to control my self on cravings but i do have a few grapes wit me all the time so i suck a bit of juice and eat the rest. it's good! NEVER EVER EAT AFTER 6:00pm!!!! IT put's LOADS ON!!!!!!!!! trust me!!!!
