Carrie, i do have some suggestions, but the most important thing you need to do is not give up. Sticking to a diet is the harest part. If you come home from school and the first thing you do is go to the pantry (i do it all the time) try to get out of this habbit. Instead get a glass of water and think of something better for yourself to do instead of eating. Make a goal to get all your homework done before you have a snack. Its ok to still have the same quantity of food at diner if your hungry, but you should stick to the portion given to you and drink lots of water. Try eating more fruits and vegetables and less carbohydrates. However dont cut back on carbs completelt because your body needs them to stay healthy. Once you get in the routine of eating differently it becomes alot easier. You can then think about exersizing or taking walks each day. Give it a try, good luck! email me Soccermeg01@hotmail.com
