Hey try these thing, dont watch to much tv exspecially when you are eating, this is because you dont know you are full because the tv is taking to much of your brains attention. and also dont watch too much tv in general because it can make you bored and it is easy to eat when you are bored. next when you think you are hungry you are most likely just thristy, so drink a glass or bottle of cold water. when you eat dont do anything but eat dont read, watch tv, listen to the radio, etc. if you go to eat between meals grab a piece of fruit or a vegtable, it you catch yourself with a food high in fat eat it while watching yourself in the mirror, trust me it will help
