i never said i thought my diet was the best one. i really never say that people MUST try my diet or anything. i am very opened minded, believe me. i just want every 1 to be opened minded too. i asked for people to reply so i know they use more then one diet too, plus this one works and i want to share it. how would u feel if u think no one cares about your diet? even when it works pretty darn good. so i don't really now much of how u got that idea, i am thinking u got it by me asking for people to reply, cuzz i really don't mean to say my diet is the best or anything. but thx for your consern.
