Your intentions are good and well recieved, but you need to have an open mind and be aware that your way is not the -only-way their is to lose wieght, whether the people on this site choose to take your advice or leave it, is their choice, not yours, and you should just leave that alone. Don't be quick to judge, u still maturing to do.
