what seems to help for my friends is filling your house up with healthy food like fruit and veggies and no sweets. and if u get a craving for tons of snacks chew gum. keep your self busy so u don't pay any attention to food and stuff. exercize. that really should help. if u really try with no sweets u can lose alot pretty fast
