I would have a slim fast in the morning then at lunch at my school (which is like 10:30 in the morning by tha way) I would have pizza with curly fries and cheese or a big chocolate chip cookie or something else equally as high in fat. Then right after lunch I have my cooking class and we have been making fried chicken cutlets, macaroni and cheese, chocolate cookies (and other fattening things)....and I could not resist the temptation! Then I saw how everyone has been talking about The Firm and how it really works so I have been trying to get that looking for a since it says 10 workouts or less... But now I am really taking things seriously. I decided that the reason I gain so much weight is because when I am home or at school and I am hungry, I am surrounded by fatty foods! When I am home and I want a snack, there are millions of chips to choose from but nothing really healthy. I have a job so I decided to go shopping yesterday. I had 2 slim fasts, two apples, green tea, and some crackers on Sunday. Yesterday I had one slim fast, a turkey salad (its like having tuna fish on top of lettuce but it is turkey instead of tuna), a Greek salad, a small diet soda, and this ring of shrimps with the sauce (the shrimps weren’t fried).*I also ate 2 oatmeal cookies that I made in my cooking class and I gave the other 10 away!* I also went shopping yesterday and bought 3 cases of water, 3 cases of sugar free jello (only TEN calories), carrots, and two things of bananas. Today I had a banana for breakfast, then I snacked on two things of jello and some carrots until having the turkey salad for lunch. I have decided to keep doing my Taebo twice a day and then ask to get the Firm for Christmas… I am so proud of myself…its only day 3 but I feel like this time is going to really work and that I am going to really stick to it! This site has been great for motivation. Thanks so much! How much weight do u think I can lose by Christmas if I keep this up?
