when you do pushups and weight lifting then you're building up the chest muscles so it helps you to become perkier- but doesn't decrease your breast size- the only way you can do that naturally is dieting and(even if it's the last to go) it will eventually decrease a bit. good luck! i have the same problem but to top it off i'm a bit droopy and have stretch marks so that's why i'm doing pushups and freeweights and dieting...
