Congrats chickie! I know exactly how you feel... I'm about 5'8 and weight 290... my Highest weight was 300 so 10 lbs is pretty good for a start... we should be diet buddies since we both have the same goal of 160 ;-)so we both have around the same amount of weight to lose!!!
