... If you want to loose weight and keep it off do it the healthy way. It is 100x better on your body (kidneys, heart ect.) Plus, you will look good for the rest of your life. Like I have said in other replys DIETING IS A LIFE STYLE CHANGE NOT AN EASY FIX! A healthy weight loss is 2-3 pounds a week. Alot of you are talking about how you lost so much weight from water, It is just water weight, most of our body is made of water! That is awesome that you have lost weight, but yet again it will not stay off, because you body will get dehydrated and retain all the water again. You should drink 8 glasses of water a day, but usually the first 5 pounds you lose is water weight that is why when you first start a diet you usually loose more weight the first week than any other. the first week you are going to be hungry because you stomach needs to "shrink" it is used to being packed with food, after a little while of dieting you will notice that you get full after about half the portion size that you usually ate. Always be concious of what you are putting in your mouth! Know the amount of calories and do not exceed the daily intake for your specific body type. Exercise regulaly, walking around your town or riding a bike, while you watch tv get on a treadmill or do some crunches and get your body moving! Exercise is a major key, because you are using up some excess calories that would just be stored as fat later! If you stay dedicated loosing weight is not that hard! Don't forget to treat yourself (NOT WITH FOOD!) For example if you loose 10 pounds (usually equivelent to 1 lower pant size) go to the mall and try on a new pair of clothes or take yourself to the movies. Have fun! The more fun you having loosing weight the easier it will come off and the happier you'll feel in the end. Loosing weight is not just about the pounds its about you! You should be loosing weight for yourself not for anyone else! once you start loosing weight you will see a dramatic increase in your self-esteem and many other aspects of life!
