Start eating healthy instead of getting a fatty and calorie high meal you should choose something good for you. If you do diets such as "slim-fast" they are Yo-Yo diets meaning that you will lose the weight but are more inclined to gain it back in a short period of time. Loosing weight is a life style change. You just alwasy need to be aware of what you are eating and you need to exercise. By eating healthy and exercising you will maintain your weight loss and also have a healthier body. If you like slim fast that is alwasy something good to have for breakfast as the meal, but DO NOT drink a slim-fast shake and eat something on top of that cause it is equivlent to having 2 meals!
