hey! first..yes! that is soo possible! u dont really need to go on a specific diet..just do 50 sit ups, and 50 leg lifts on each side every day. Drink TONS of water! that seriously helps! Like, you can lose 5 poounds a week if u just drink tons of water, don't eat sweets...maybe one a day if u cant help it!
