um- that's really unhealthy to lose 40 pounds in a month. why don't you set your goal to something like 14 pounds in a month so you only have to lose 3 pounds a week? well- you can lose 40 pounds in 3 months by doing taebo everyday- but you really have to be faithful to it(i'm sure you should eat better also- but that's what the testimonials for taebo said.) so far i've lost about 15 pounds or more by doing taebo- it's taking me longer though becasue i don't do it everyday- but at least i've gotten a little further. good luck!
