what i would do is try the south beach diet (www.southbeachdiet.com) and stick w/it b/c it works! also, dont think about losing 100lbs at once, set small goals and take it 5 pounds at a time. also, if you begin to eat unhealthy think about is this, for example, peice of pizza really worth being overweight? and then put it down and get something healthy. just think about how good you will feel when you can control what you eat and see a difference in appareance.
