| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 11/9/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c14157 what the hell was that persons problem??? oh well- ignore the idiot who obviously shouldn't be on this site. just do it little by little. don't deny yourself of all junk food tell yourself you can only have one junk food treat a day- and make it a small one- but make sure that it's something you really want. and eat really healthy the rest of the day witha lot of high fiber greens. also- exersize in the moring so that you get it done with and just make yourself do it- and have your treat later in the day- that way it'll be a lot easier to stick with your plan. good luck! and you're not fat and if you work at it you'll get to your goal weight. don't listen to the loser that replied to your post before i did. good luck! |
