... the key is to excersize and eat ALOT. You'll be losing weight of course because the foods you'll be eating ALOT of will be mainly fruits and vegatables and of course whole wheat breads and some fish or nuts (peanuts ect.) for your protein. I'm not big on Red Meat and poultry just because of how fattening and carcenigenic it is but to each his own. The one post about the person saying they'll start their day out with coffee and oatmeal, move on the an apple and bannana and finally have yogurt for dinner is really alarming. That kind of diet is awful. Why? Well, for starters this persons breakfast should probably include fruit and should definetely lose the caffeine. Lunch should contain some whole wheat as should most meals and it would probably be a good idea to make sure you've worked a bit of protein into your diet by this time of day. And of course dinner would be a great time for a load of easily digestible vegatables but instead the person decided on yogurt. Not good. Not enough food and not a good diet. Remember if you're excersizing daily and eating lots and LOTS of very HEALTHY foods like a little piggy you can't lose. Now my diet is NOT picture perfect. I may not always eat the right foods at the right times or in the right combinations but I've changed my diet for the better. Here's a pretty typical day of mine:BREAKFAST: I'll have some whole wheat bread. I just grab some slices and eat it plain. Just my style. I'll also have some fruit with it. A while after lunch I may have a couple nuts mainly almonds. I figure at this point. I've digested the bread and fruit pretty easily which has donated alot of vitamins so I eat the nuts to get a bit of protein. LUNCH: I'll typically have a really big salad. Lettuce, onions, mushrooms, greenpeppers, carrots, broccolli, cauliflower, you name it. I figure that at this point I've introduced ALOT of important vitamins that my body has been waiting for. This is also a load of fiber which is obviously good. And again I may have a couple seeds/nuts in my salad just for a bit of protein. DINNER: I'll typically have a mixture of things. I know I'll be going to bed a while after dinner so my dinner is a bit broken down. Typically I'll have some pasta with tomatoe sauce. Or maybe I'll have some cooked vegatables/potatoes. Maybe 2 hours after dinner I'll have a final couple servings of fruit. Fruit of course is healthy low in fat and easily digestible. I try not to eat for at least two hours after dinner. NOw most people may advise to not eat for more like Four hours but if you're eating only some light fruit a couple hours before sleep your body is not going to complain THAT much. I'm not a nutritionist so please don't copy my diet unless you are willing to risk you're health to my non-professional adice. I'm merely trying to give an example of how I eat because I feel the only examples of diets most people ever see from the people around them are fattening horrible ones.
