hey, the plan is where you have 250 brekfast, 350 lunch, 100 snack, 450 dinner calories. There are 14 days of meal plans in the books and the breakfast's are interchangable for breakfast's and lunchs for lunsch....you get the idea. there are 250 calories left over in a day where you can eat something that you really crave. that way u can have ur craving food and not go crazy by denying it to urself, If you would like more info e-mail me at cduty@mindspring.com
