I know what I have to do to get to the weight i wanna be, and the stuff i eat now, like the fats and junk, i know i have to get rid of that, and if I REALLY WANTED TO LOSE WHICH I DO, I WILL GIVE IT ALL UP, NOT FOREVER, BUT NOT AS MUCH AS I EAT NOW. IF YOU WANT IT, YOU WILL BRING YOURSELF TO DO IT. TELL YOURSELF HOW BAD YOU WANT IT, AND THINK OF EVERYDAY YOU GO ON THE RIGHT TRACK, THE CLOSER YOU ARE TO YOUR GOAL!!! |
