Just make sure you eat the rigth stuff, and not too much. Portion your meals, and cut back on meats and sugars. Even breads. Yes, you can drink water 24/7 if you want, but you cant just stop eating, thats the worst thing you can do. I know this sounds weird, but please EAT!!! |
