i have a tip and it's been working for me. eat 5-6 small meals a day. never go 4 hours a day without eating a small( remember small) meal. have a couple of healthy snacks. believe me it works. also, remember to eat in moderation. don't force yourself to eat. if your stomach starts to feel a bit heavy, stop eating. dont eat to be full, eat so that you're not hungry and won't have to eat for 3-4 hours. Never skip breakfast. the reason why you should eat 5-6 small meals a day is because it keeps your metabolism revved up.
