| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 11/5/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c14015 well- what do you mean by seeing anything? becasue you could probably just be losing weight right now as apposed to losing a bunch of inches. but if your scale isn't going down then it probably means that you're not being strict enough and are consuming the same amount of calories that you're burning. remamber that you still have to count your calories with slimfast! and also- what type of work outs are you doing at the gym? you chould be weightlifting and doing cardio work outs. both are important becasue cardio burns the calories for you to lose weight and muscle speeds your metabolism and firms you up. good luck! i don't know if i've helped or not but oh well. oh yeah- and you know that you're suppose to drink 8 glasses of water a day? well- for every half hour of exersize you need to drink and extra glass.... |
