sure that's reasonable goal. just set tiny goals for yourself each week like this week i'm going to lose 2 lbs. just do this by limiting your calorie intake- maybe 1200-1500 a day- but you're pretty tall so probably closer to 1500 becasue you'll boduy will need more then mine does becasue i'm shorter and don't have as much muscles i'm sure. and up your exersize to a half hour every day or 6 days a week- make at least half of these work outs aerobics like speed walking or aerobics tapes like taebo or whatever you choose. and up your water intake and fiber intake by eating more veggies because both will clear out your system as will green tea and other natural anti-toxins... good luck! i really hope you get to your goal becasue i'm trying to get to mine also. just make these things habits...
