well- make sure that what you're eating when you can't stop yourself(even though i'm sure it's not what you'd want to eat) is celery or another type of green veggie becasue those won't pack on the pounds and are very low in calories and i even heard that they burn more calories digesting then what they have in them. and when you really want to eat something that's bad for you then get up and away from the temptation- take a walk or go into your room and don't allow yourself to come out. then again make sure that you do eat something bad maybe everyother day just so you can get it out of your system. exersize a lot and if you want to eat something not so great for your diet then go to www.caloriesperhour.com and figure our how much exersize you have to do to work it off. good luck! just count calories and exersize- i know it's hard but if you start and keep at it then you'll eventually get the hang of it and it'll become easier for you!
