Drinks lots and lots of water, eat 3 meals a day and include veggies, exercise too. That helps a lot. Also, you shouldnt weighor measure yourself everyday, you might not like what you see, wait a week and measure. Do 50-100 sit ups reigously every night, and you'll look great! GOOD LUCK
