| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 11/3/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c13940 wow- those are really powerful emotions about your weight. that's why it's hard for me to post a reply to this. i feel that way sometimes. and i don't know if my advice will help but here it goes: since you can't stop eating keep at it BUT make sure what you're eating is better then what you're eating now. always have cut up veggies(i know i know- it's definetly not what you want to eat but just make it a habit and you'll love them more then other stuff later on) crunchy stuff like celery. don't say that you can never have junk food becasue that just makes you want it even more. instead limit your daily consumtion of it. only have one sweet snack a day. make sure that what you're eating has some nutrition to it. for instance- no soda! make small changes and stick with a tiny change untill it becomes a habit and then change another tiny thing until that becomes a habit. good luck and i know it's easier to say then to do(everything about change always is!) but make a more posative view about yourself in your mind. try to avoid saying you hate yourself or that you're horrible for eating that candy bar and perhaps soon you'll realize that you don't need that type of language. good luck- i really really hope that you are able to become healthier and have a better image of yourself. my email's red8705@hotmail.com if you ever want to talk email to eamil... |
