| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 11/3/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c13939 well- to keep your metabolism going spread what you would eat for that meal to 3 meals. i don't recomend being under 1000 calories though becasue you might regret it later. but cut down on the salt and sugar and drink only water becasue drinks count for calories too. and if you want something like water have a no-calorie- no-salt carbonated flavored water(not selzer- you can get it at the grocerie store- it's sweeter then selzter)becasue even diet soda has a lot of salt in it. and make sure that one of the exersize tapes you do it high intensity aerobics. i know how you feel though- i'm 2 inches shorter then you and my heaviest wasn't as far from where you are now. it sucks- but you can definately get rid of it if you put your mind to it. also- don't look in the mirror at your full body or weigh yourself everyday- only do that once a week- if even that. good luck! you can do this! |
